Food Pantry

The food pantry is open every Thursday from 12-4pm. Neighbors create two lines on the east side of the main building, check in or register, and then are directed to  the garage located at the back of the property. Our team of volunteers will greet you with kindness and will place a pre-packed box directly into your vehicle.

Community Garden

The “Garden of Eatin’” offers 20 raised beds to individuals and families to grow vegetables for your family. If you have an abundance, we hope you will share with friends or consider donating to the pantry. Four of the 20 beds, 2’ x 10’, are compliant with the guidelines set forth in the American with Disabilities Act.  The remaining 16 beds are 4’ x 10’ plots.

Food Forest

The Food Forest has over 36 fruit producing trees across the property.  If someone visits our property and they are hungry, they can find something to eat. In addition, our food forest provides food for our pantry guests, faith community, and community at large. If you enjoy the produce, make sure to leave some for the next person to enjoy as well.

Sensory Garden

The sensory garden is an experiential garden for people to enjoy at their leisure. Entering the garden through the butterfly garden, then go through the color garden, texture garden, taste garden, sound garden, and aroma garden. Each part of the garden offers a different experience for the individual. Enjoy the sound of the water feature in the sound garden or create a space for yoga!

Disaster Relief and Long-Term Recovery

Coming alongside our community to respond to natural disasters goes hand in hand with food security. With each disaster experienced by our community at large, we have seen a drastic increase in food insecurity in our county. We will continue to partner with local, regional, and national organizations to respond to the needs of our community.
