Charlotte Community Foundation Grant

Finding grants to fund the on-going day to day expenses of the food pantry can be a challenge. Receiving a grant that is unrestricted and allows for us to use the grant in a way that is most needed is a rare occasion. This spring, the Charlotte Community Foundation opened up their first grant cycle for 2025 with just that purpose-an unrestricted grant. Wintergarden Food Pantry was one of 29 non-profit organizations in Charlotte County to receive a grant from the foundation. We are truly thankful for the partnership with the foundation and for being one of the recipients of the grant for the amount of $1,500.
